Nancy and her husband built Hondencentrum Bijndelsveld on his parents’ former livestock farm. They chose a small boarding business with individual attention for each dog. For the admin, they wanted a system that was easier to work with.
Nancy gained the required professional qualifications early on, but opening her own facility proved to be a long process. The former farm had space, but needed a change of permitted use. Getting the permits took eight years. That preparation also gave her time to think carefully about the layout.
A quiet setting for every stay
The layout is deliberate: kennels do not face each other, and dogs play in separate exercise areas. Nancy loves seeing an anxious dog gradually become more comfortable. Personal contact with owners is part of that approach.
An easier switch than expected
Nancy was worried about transferring her existing records. When her old system became less reliable, she took a closer look at Aniday. Once she got started, she found it easier to use than she had expected.
The facility has separate corridors, natural light and a controlled indoor climate. Nancy wants to avoid dogs constantly stimulating one another. She also wants her own work to be easier to manage: regular customers booking themselves and clear guidance when she needs help. She appreciates Aniday’s willingness to think along with her, even when a request cannot be built straight away.
Convenience for regular customers
Regular customers can place their own bookings. Nancy finds that they appreciate this and feels it gives a professional impression. When she has questions, she gets help by chat or email. She particularly values advice on using the system in a way that suits her business.
